swingsethero IS AN ABSOLUTE HERO. The real lolita seller MVP. I bought this dress a year and a half back when Covid paraphernalia striked. The dress was lost in shipping limbo (as with pretty much everything else at that time) and it arrived to customs in my country... Only to be dispatched again to the original country. Swingsethero was SUPER dedicated and helped me track the dress, locate the dress in the original country (called the post office many times, talked to the place they were living before) and sent the package back to me after all of that trouble. I can't explain how thankful I am for the help and kindness I received with this item, which was also my first lacemarket purchase, and they helped me out thoroughly. Much recommended, they deserve the world :') 💕💕💕✨✨✨ Aside from that, the dress was in perfect condition and included an adorable card.

so, i bought this OP in january- it's been my dream dress since 2007. swingsethero was quick to reply, friendly, & overall just lovely! 💕💕
they shipped it out very quickly, but when it got to my student flat i was stuck at my parents' house a city over due to covid lockdown!! 😭 i didn't get back to my flat until it was too late - the OP was stuck somewhere in the 'return to seller' void 💔💔
i worried that they might be annoyed, but swingsethero was LOVELY and UNDERSTANDING and EMPATHETIC!! over the next 8 months they never lost their temper at me, not once ❤️
also, they went above & beyond to find the OP - calling their post office, their old landlord, the people living in their old flat. this person is an ANGEL & i am so so so so grateful. i now have my dream dress of over a decade, in PERFECT condition 💖💖💖💖
it's honestly like a dream to look over and see it hanging in my room.
