I am the first owner. One of the buttons for the waist ties popped off the dress as soon as I got it but I sewed it back on.
There are some black spots on the dress. I don't know what they are from. They are all over the dress so maybe it is a defect in the fabric.

How stretchy is the shirring? I'm interested, but I just got burned by measurements that listed up to 98cm bust but didn't stretch over 92

My dress form can go up to 100 cm and it is able to fit. The shoulder straps are adjustable too. There are four button holes.

According to lolibrary:
Bust 88 ~ 98 cm
Waist 71 ~ 81 cm
On my dress form when I set the bust to 100cm the dress still fit. I can check the waist on the dress from too if you do not trust the lolibrary measurements.
