Ring arrived perfectly and was packaged well! The downside was that seller took very long to ship it, and that would have been perfectly understandable, but i didnt get any message or communication that there would be a delay. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The usakumya is lovely and the item is just as described, I am happy with my purchase! The seller is lovely and very nice. however it seems they had some catastrophic personal issues that made it hard to reach them and shipping took a while. I would buy from this seller again but it may take a little time to get your item

Good: Beautiful handmade usakumya, very soft and cuddly and well-made! Seller kindly added D-rings for me.
Less great: Seller had IRL issues that prevented them from shipping this item for 3 weeks, then didn't share tracking info. I had to repeatedly message them for updates. TOTALLY understandable that stuff happens and it wasn't a big deal that this item took longer to ship, but this would have been an easier transaction if they'd given me a heads up in advance that there would be a delay.
