The zipper is broken (pictured) and there is a light scuff at the top of back of the bag. Otherwise the condition is good. I listed it as major damage because I think the zipper is pretty important part of a purse although this purse is not flimsy at all and quite stiff so things wouldn't fall out easily unless you turn it upside down and shake it out.
