item was not properly portrayed/advertised; the shorts have been modified from regular shorts by an amateur, and the state of the alteration is very messy, with multi colored thread and large knots from improper tension on both the inside and outside, which was not shown in the photos or mentioned in the description. they are sized as advertised and i had no issues with shipping. i am willing to give the seller the benefit of the doubt that this was just an oversight, but be vigilant when viewing listings by this seller
