USA shipping is always $5 (unless for a bigger item). 2. I can combine items if wanted/needed, just message me. 3. I will not send items until the money has been sent via PayPal. I will ship within 2-3 days of payment. 4. I will always message you with tracking numbers. 5. If anything ever happens to your package post-shipment, it is out of my control.
