This user selected Buy It Now option after the item was marked as "on hold" for another person. The initial buyer said it was alright to offer the dress to this user, but I was not comfortable completing the transaction without some positive buyer feedback first. When asked, this buyer did not provide any outside source of feedback, so I accepted the initial buyer's offer. The next day, this user tells me she has ebay feedback and is angry that I wouldn't sell her the dress. A lot of the misunderstanding is apparently due to a language barrier which has made communication with this person almost impossible.
