I have experienced seller my self so true it is I am pickier than most people 1) based on the condition of washing label (yellow and lost shape), this underskirt has been used quite many times (or released quite many years ago), although overall it looks ok, but I put a big question mark about the item description. 2) Shipping fee. Being charged $10 I am not expecting shipping in Priority Envelope (which is basic $8 at most) Although there is the term "ALL EXCESS SHIPPING CHARGED OVER $2 WILL BE REFUNDED", I only feel the seller is playing with the rule he/she made ( I'm not noticed with a refund at this timepoint) .
