I contacted the seller hoping to exchange my JSK for hers, we both had the same print but different cuts. She agreed and the transaction was smooth and without any inconveniences. A+ service hope to buy from seller again.

Very pleasant seller and overall a positive transaction! She also left a small gift which was a pleasant surprise!
Just some things to note -
1) Seller's post office permanently closed so they were unable to ship on the date they said they would (which is fine as it is out of their control). The only thing is she did not inform me about this until I asked a couple of days later if the item had shipped yet.
2) A small crumb was found on the dress which left a stain. I haven't tried to remove the stain. This was not mentioned in the listing.
I would still recommend the seller overall.
