Everything about this transaction went perfect, regarding the sellers obligations. When there was a bit of confusion with the status of my shipment on the tracking page, due to the delivery services error only, seller made sure to keep quick communication and sort the questions out promptly. She's been an amazing seller and my entire experience with her was pleasant! We agreed on a layaway before I purchased her BIN, and she's always prompt & reachable with her replies after. While the outer box did arrive with some damage (completely NONE of her error! Something heavy must've fell on it during postage), the contents and other items were well protected and intact (hey the candycane didn't break! XD) Dress was packed in another bag, extremely thoughtful for packing additional gifts, and was not expecting the original tag to be sent over as well. I would definitely either buy or sell in future with her again!
