The buyer purchased this dress in March (when covid19 spread), therefore I can't ship it. She requested for full refund and I did, but I had to pay the paypal charges when I issued refund. I asked her to bear the charges together since it is not my problem but she ignored.

NEUTRAL: Buyer purchased two wigs, then proceeded to send me many messages questioning the wigs after she had already purchased both. I sent her pictures via email and worked with her patiently. We agreed if she bought both wigs, I would give free shipping for both. I sent an invoice for both, however she then decided she only wanted 1 wig because she couldn't afford the other. As I packaged up the wig she chose, I realize it was not her desired color so I notified her, ( a simple mistake anyone could of made) and refunded her money immediately. She asked if I would send her the color of the wig, as she may want it still, however I felt more comfortable with her having her refund first.
