I paid for these hair clips on 10/23 and the last reply from the seller was 11/13 after I requested an update with the tracking number or if they had not been sent then I would like a refund. I still do not have the clips and the update was to say they were sent and returned but even though I had requested a tracking number, one was never supplied. There have been zero updates and I will be making a PayPal claim though I may be out of the window to do so as I wanted to give the seller the benefit of the doubt as they said they were going through personal issues.
