deadbeat buyer. did not read my terms of sale, or even the item title, which clearly states that i only offer free shipping domestically within the USA, and any international buyers should contact me for a shipping quote before purchasing (this buyer is located in austria). i sent several messages to the buyer requesting payment for the item they purchased + shipping. the first message i sent was opened, read, and ignored. the second and third messages were never even opened, which makes me believe the buyer is trying to dodge me. they never responded to me and never paid the invoice, so as per my terms of sale, i am leaving a negative feedback, cancelling their purchase, and relisting the item. i will not sell to this buyer again in the future.
