Seller was on top of communication but the dress arrived with six small runs, one run that was seven inches long, and a couple of dark marks that were not part of the print. The dress was listed "like new" and none of these damages were disclosed in the listing via photos or in its description. When I addressed these concerns with glockx009 she said the damages "were present when I received the item from the seller, meaning they are considered manufacturing defects". LaceMarket's definition of "like new" is: "Like New: Item is worn 1-2 times, or well taken care of. Item is generally only washed once or twice gently or via dry-cleaning. No flaws or defects." So not only were damages the seller knew about not in the listing, the item doesn't even qualify for "like new" per the damages the seller knew it had.
I would not have purchased this dress at this price point if I had known about the damages ahead of time.
She also let me know that she is a shopping service, and I thought those were not allowed on LaceMarket.
When I showed the seller photos of the damage she gave me a 10% refund "As per our policy, " This policy is not listed in the terms of sale.
