The only reason why this is neutral is because I was able to get money back through paypal. The dress came with stains that werent described., communication was not great and shipping was a bit slow, for a while tracking blanked but that was somewhat not surprising as it was from overseas. I would not buy from this seller again.

Every time I sent the seller a message I never got a response. It also took almost a week to get an invoice and I got it a couple days after sending a message to Lacemarket that I still had not received any sort of message from the seller upon winning the auction. The only message I ever got from the seller was the tracking number. But other than that the dress is nice, it fits good, the bows in good shape. But I probably won’t buy from again since there was such a strong lack of communication.

In the description there is written minor damage, in reality the op that arrived and much more shabby than described: staple on one side detached, glue inside the dress, rubber bands widened those of the sleeves so to speak, I arrived completely crumpled, and also discolored but this had at least stated it in the description, be careful!
