I have it in sax. It’s called wonder tea party. And it comes in a set with a headbow when it was released in 2013.

Actually this one is called Secret Wonder Tea Party set. :') There were two releases. The normal Wonder Tea Party set is plain colored and the Secret Wonder Tea Party set has stripes.
