Item arrived in a timely manner. Packaging could be better. The dress was just put directly into a bubble mailer without any other form of protection. Best to put the item in a plastic bag before going into the bubble mailer for added layer of protection.
Communication was easy and concise.
The dress has a couple of undisclosed issues. There are faint pink stains around the collar, assumed to be makeup stains. There is a snag in the back that breaks the print slightly.
