Seller was kind and polite, but responded slowly once I had paid. We agreed on 400 shipped, but I ended up having to give her more money for shipping after I discovered she had not shipped the dress almost a week later.
However, she was moving, and I totally understand how hectic things can be.
I received the dress just a couple hours ago, and while it is a GORGEOUS dress, it is filthy, the lining is ripped in multiple places, and it reeks of sweat.
I have opened a paypal claim in hopes of getting a partial refund to get this dress back into wearable condition.
