Beautiful, rare custom-tailored velvet OP Bust: 38

I'm only selling this dress because my fiance and I are in a really bad situation and need to move apartments before June 1st, or else we won't have a place to live.

It is an absolutely beautiful dress made of real velvet and excellent quality cotton. The screen printing is flawless and the little details like the spoons on the cuffs are perfect (see lolibrary link for close-up photos).

It is like-new with no flaws.

It was custom ordered so the measurements are as follows:
Bust: 38 inches
Waist: 33 inches
Length: 85 cm
