Item won on 4th June, responded to my message on 19th. They were having computer problems and only able to access the internet on their phone, so I was lenient. Said they were ready for the invoice, but didn't reply when I asked if they wanted tracking. Sent invoice for un-tracked shipping on 21st, saying I'd re-send it if they wanted tracking, received no reply. Sent message on 29th as invoice hadn't been paid, buyer responded saying they weren't able to buy the item.
