Tote bag came just as described, and I love it! Everything was great, except for shipping costs. I thought shipping was pretty steep, considering how lightweight the bag is (and the fact that I've paid a lot less for much heavier items equally far away). It was advised to message for a shipping quote prior to buying, so I could have known ahead of time, but I was going to buy the item regardless of shipping costs. Great bag, and it got to me pretty quickly. :)
