The item was obviously defective, one of the cuffs had other been stretched till broken, or elastic came undone from the inside. The seller stated that they didn’t check the item before listing and it must have arrived that way from AP JP... They suggested that I reach out to AP directly to try to get a replacement, and something about it being not fair that AP JP sends defective items... They eventually offered a return, with shipping costs at my expense. I’m just going to take a loss and try to fix them myself.
