New in plastic, though I took them out for photos.
AP put the cuffs in really weird, though it might just be so they don't get wrinkled or misshapen in transit. It kind of smushed the lace anyways, though.

Note AP cuffs tend to be on the large side, so if you have thin wrists, they might be loose. Usually it's still ok to wear, (or you could modify them), but it's just something to be aware of if that bothers you.
