Neck bow is detachable and has pockets. Cuffs are also elasticated so it's a pretty comfy/generous piece.
The max stretch of the waist is quite large, like 100+ cm? But I think if you have a very large bust, it might start to look weird if the jersey is stretched to the max (possibly the jersey will be very thin, or strange warping/waving around the button-down part). Please use your own judgment. Note AP's listed max bust/waist is 88cm (but it's definitely something more than that imo...).
New in original plastic, though I took it out once (not worn).

if i may ask for your best estimate how big would you think the bust would go to?

Hi, I just checked - I think the absolute max would be around 150cm, but the jersey gets kind of stretched and thin at that point so I'm not sure if I would recommend it. It definitely goes well over 100cm, I think up to 120cm doesn't affect the jersey fabric too much.
