Unfortunately I had to cancel this transaction due to a lack of communication and follow-through from the seller. I autobought the auction on 10/24/19 and didn't hear back from them until 10/28/19 after getting the site involved. They promised to invoice 10/30/19 due to work schedule, but unfortunately they didn't, nor have they read or responded to me messages as of 11/3/19. I don't think this is a bad seller, just that life got in the way, which happens. However, I should have been informed about potential delays.

Item was listed as like new and was pictured in front of a beige background. A pearl was missing from the necklace which is hard to see on the picture and was not noted in the description. Item was in a black box when I received it and the missing pearl was clearly noticeable upon opening. Pictures felt like a way to obscure the missing pearl, honestly. Everything else was fine though
