Lovely vintage blouse by "Young Victorian - Arpeja". The same makers of Young Edwardian and Young Innocent. Labelled a size 7. fits like an xs/ s. Maybe a m. Bust is about 35 inches. Fits the theme of Alice in Wonderland/ Mad Hatter/ Tea Party/ Pirate.

It is a bright floral print. High neck with an attached cravat/ ruffle. The sleeves are puffy and close with buttons. There are ruffles at the end of the sleeves.

The blouse has some flaws. It looks like the red ink has weakened the fabric, so it has some tears on some of the red ink spots. Please see the last 4 photos. It doesn't take away from the blouse's beauty, but I would hand wash the blouse to prevent further tearing.
