Note:
 My waist is 70 cm and it fits but it's just very snug. It came with stains I tried to remove. I soaked the whole dress in cold Oxiclean but the stains didn't lift. I didn't want to use hot OxiClean because of the age of the print and colors (I'm scared of causing color bleed).
