Bohe Cat Lily of the Valley Skirt

I could not find the link on Lolibrary or Taobao because it's been sold out but I did find the link to the advertising post on Chinese Lolita Updates. I found the additional image. I found on Xianyu of a stock image of the back of the skirt (3rd image).
When I bought the skirt it was tagged as size M by the pervious seller so I'm assuming it translates to size II on the sizing chart given but I've attached a screenshot of the size chart provided by the brand on the fourth image. I couldn't find a sizing tag. I did try it on. My waste is 70cm, the elastic did stretch a bit further but it fit snug on me for reference.
Damages:
-wrinkles
-small stain on one spot of the lace (see images)
-The zipper gets stuck at the top near the elastic but it did zip all the way up!
Measurements according to the brand:
Length: 72 cm
Waist: 64-68 cm
