Measurements please and whay is the color?

Hello ^^ According to lolibrary (I provided the link in the listing) the measurements are: Bust: 94cm Length: 52cm (all including 3cm of frills) Waist: 74cm Cuff: 26cm Shoulder Width: 36cm Sleeve Length: 61cm The colourway is blue. So, the majority of the blouse is an ivory/cream colour with blue accents.
