This is a limited petticoat from the Japanese lolita brand NO.S PROJECT, famous for its gorgeous designs and high-quality materials. The petticoat itself is perfect for daily wear. It's very different from other petticoats, since it's made to be seen underneath your dresses/skirts! It's stretchable at the waist.

I paid over $200 for it, and it's already sold out. I'm selling it cheap simply because I have too many petticoats from this brand :D
