Please pay your invoices within 24 hours after I send them out, unless we have agreed otherwise. 5. I can't be responsible for subtle color differences. Many colors are hard to describe/depict, but I'll try my best. Please understand that the same color can appear to be different on two monitors and that everyone perceives colors differently. *SHIPPING* 1. Combined shipping is always available and I'll do it by default. If you prefer your orders to be sent out separately, please let me know ASAP. 2. I ship within 2 business days after receiving the full payment, unless otherwise noted on the listing. 3. I only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. 4. I only use tracked shipping. 5. Once the items are marked as "accepted" by the shipping carrier (according to the tracking information), I am no longer responsible for lost items. As a result, I won't be able to provide any refund unless I receive a refund from the shipping carrier. If you're are concerned with lost items, you may purchase additional insurance. 6. Depending on the types and sizes of the items you order, I may ship in a box or an envelope. Either way, I wrap all items in bubble wraps. I am not responsible for any damages during the shipping.
