This dress was released in 2006 so it has a feeling of being worn, however it is still in very good condition. Never worn by me as I have too many black dresses. Could fit up to approx. 36" bust and 30" waist, but the waist-ties and stretchiness of the dress allow someone smaller to wear it too. Note: The first 3 pictures are from Tokyo Alice although I did not purchase it from there.
