Stretchy skirt from Metamorphose

I've had this skirt for a few years now and have only every tried it on. It has since been in my closet, so it is a bit wrinkled. It's in very good condition, aside from a few bits of the lace at the very bottom. Some of the lace appears to have been torn. It might have been this way before I even bought it as I never actually observed it until now. Plus, as stated, it's only been tried on and then left in my closet. 

The waist band is listed as 60cm - 90 cm on Lolibrary.

Shipping is for priority mail, but the skirt is light enough to ship First Class, which will be $5 (just know that I would have to fold the skirt pretty tightly to fit it in my first class mailing bags).
