This blouse is sheer, as you can pretty easily see through it and offwhite. It has straps that can be wrapped around the neck.
There is a bit of yellowing on one cuff sleeve, but it's a bit hard to see. Otherwise, a blouse in great condition.
There isn't an exact measurement description I can give as I don't remember where I bought this and what the listed measurements were, but when the elastic at the waist is stretched, it's about 51-53cm.
