I am the first owner and the dress is in very good condition with no damages that I noticed, with all of the detachable parts included.
In my experience, the measurements are:
Bust - 88-96cm
Waist - 70-82cm
Shoulders - 36-38cm
This dress fits me well at the max measurements listed above, though for a truly comfortable fit I would recommend it for people with narrower shoulders than that.
Unfortunately, due to being a temporary cat hotel recently, I cannot guarantee it being fully from a pet-free home. The cats have never had access to where my clothes are stored, however, transfer may occur during packing.
