* All sales are final and items are sold in the condition described in the individual listings. * Payment is expected within 2 calendar days of the listing ending. After that buyers will be left with a neutral feedback and the items will be relisted. * Every item will be sent tracked and insured. By default I will choose Royal Mail unless you contact me to discuss alternative arrangements prior to invoicing. * All items sold will be machine washed (when safe) prior to postage. * Items will be posted within 5 working days of receiving payment. You will be informed of any delays, so please check your Lacemarket DMs regularly. * I accept trades for items listed in the individual listing descriptions. Separate trade T&C's will be agreed upon in writing via Lacemarket DMs. * Feedback will be left for buyers upon confirming receipt or within 2 weeks of tracking confirming delivery, whichever is sooner.
