this skirt is from the set released in 2012 (skirt only for sale). while the unstretched elastic looks incredibly small, it's also INCREDIBLY stretchy - i can put this skirt around my chest/arms with no problem. lolibrary lists the length as 46cm + approx. 5cm lace and my amateur measurement of the waist is about 50cm flat stretched to the maximum, so i've listed this in the max waist size category of 34-38in to be on the safe side. the elastic is very soft and easy to stretch and the skirt is gathered, so there are still ruffled even at maximum stretch.
