This skirt has been altered to remove the elastic in the back of the waistband. The waist measurement is 35cm flat and there is otherwise no give to the waistband. This skirt can fit a very low-poof petti, and imo is better suited to petti-less coords.
The official colorway for this item is black, but likely due to age, this item looks like a very dark navy, especially compared to the black polyester lining. There is also some very minor "fuzzing" (not quite pilling) on the fabric, which can be seen in the closeup of the tag. I will do my absolute best to rid this of cat hair before mailing out (sorry!).
