This skirt is lovely but matches nothing else in my wardrobe! I am the first owner; never worn, only tried on. Has a side zip + hook and eye closure. Has a small shirring panel in the back with ribbon corset lacing. Comes with a brooch; I think it came with the OP, but as I bought it from a convention, I think someone who purchased the OP didn't want the brooch and so it was sold on the skirt instead.

Lolibrary lists the waist size as about 30 in. and the length (not including the waist band) as 24 in.
