LeFlacon JSK from 2020 Lucky Pack, comes with a matching hair clip style headbow. Only tried on, it's just not really my style! I'm unsure of the measurements as it is no longer on their website, but it is tagged as a size small. Has shirring in the back as well. 

I also have multiple cats so if you are allergic I would not reccomend purchasing.
