Has a non-removable collar and waist ties. It is a corduroy material which will be nice for the fall months. Worn twice, but was bought used. Please note that I live in a small town, this may result in slower shipping times, I'm unsure as I have just moved here. The original posting said "size small." It does not have any shirring or much room for adjustment. I also do have cats but they do not lay on my clothes.
