Would be adorable for a museum coord. It has a size zip with no shirring. I would suggest a size small. I can provide measurements or further proof photos. The front part can be tied into a sort of school style bow. I do have cats. I live in a small town so this may result in longer shipping time. I could not find it on lolibrary so I am unsure of the year. I bought it used, wore it maybe 4-5 times total.
