This blouse is one of the prettiest things I've ever bought.
It's never been worn; sadly, it doesn't fit my bust. Benefit from my mistake! It is Innocent World's standard M size:

Shoulder width: 36cm PLEASE NOTE: The waist ties for this blouse are missing. I live in a non-smoking house. The blouse has been kept in a chest away from sunlight and animals. That said, I have a cat. Something to keep in mind in case you're very allergic.

:) Hi there! The post office is closed for today, but I'll get an accurate cost for you tomorrow! I can't imagine it will cost more than 7-8 dollars.

I was wrong. The USPS clerk quoted me $12.15 today for tracking.
