It's a very useful piece for tall lolitas, being tea length. It also makes most dresses and skirts look like they end where they're supposed to on my 6'0" self! It serves as both a blouse and an underskirt combo, but could easily be worn as a simple standalone OP. Generous shirring for plus size gals too. I now have a nice collection of black blouses and a black underskirt, so I no longer need this.
