Overall not a "bad" transaction per se, the seller was very helpful and offered a matching blouse for me to also buy. Shipping was very fast and communication was good.
However, the jsk came with undisclosed damage - the waist ties were missing and one of the buttons for the straps was torn off and missing (sure, easy to overlook because the strap was attached to one of the waist tie buttons so the seller didn't see it). However it's a bit disheartening to recieve a dream item only for you to not be able to wear it as is unless you spend time to mend it. It's literally unwearable until I have time to cut off the waist tie button and sew it on for the straps. Seller also didn't offer any partial refund or anything, just apologised and it felt like "too bad, can't do anything about it now."
Another thing that made me feel "Meh" about this whole experience was that the dress came covered in lint and hair - surely it's not that hard to quickly lint roll before shipping, even if you don't have pets?
Idk overall not terrible, so they're definitely reliable enough to see the transaction through to the end - but keep in mind there might be a negative "surprise" in the end.
