40" minimum ~43" maximum waist, leg holes are 19" minimum ~23" maximum. Both can stretch quite a bit, and fit me comfortably (US size L-XL). The maximums are an estimate, but the minimums are definite. On me they end just around the knee and I'm 5'4". They fit very puffy!
The pom poms sit much better when the bloomers are actually on someone!
They're meant to peek out under a skirt and would probably be good for a snowy/Christmas themed coord, but naturally they'd also be good for anything that white pom poms would go well with.

I have 3 cats and a lizard, so beware if you're highly sensitive to cat fur. I try my best to not have much on any items but in a house like this it's inevitable. It's unlikely that you'll encounter any scales, but possible. I'm pretty sure they're hypoallergenic.
I'm open to trades, my measurements are 163 cm tall, 110 cm bust, 102 cm waist. I'm looking for sweet, bitter sweet, classic, or gothic clothes, preferably prints and not solids!
