This is a Souffle Song suede OP custom sized to fit a 117 cm bust, 101 cm waist, and 120 cm hip.
The cuffs and sleeves are pretty generous, but there's no shirring. There's a zipper in the back that (for me) has been pretty easy to zip on my own.
The only thing missing is the black ribbon lacing in the skirt portion, but it was generic grosgrain that you could get anywhere.
