Cute cream bow shoes at a cheap price for brand!!

Condition: 3/5 some wear and spots (see pictures) but still lots of life left! Price reflects this. I'm not sure if a cleaning would get it off or not I haven't tried and these are being sold as is.
Description: Baby The Stars Shine Bright cream bow shoes. Super cute! Goes with many sweet and classic coordinates. Lots of life left- I love them but they are truly too small for my size 8 feet
Size: M best fits US 6-7, maybe a smallish 7.5.
