This is a fairly old release of Btssb’s Shirring Princess dress. I’m not sure what the release year is for it, since there isn’t a lolibrary entry for it. Some details (like the daisy lace and waist tie buttons) make me think it’s from 2005-2007 or so, since they had the same buttons on other 2006 releases. I’m the second owner of this dress, but I have never worn it myself, so I’ve decided to sell it along. It is a lovely and comfy piece, and features full shirring, shirred straps, cute daisy lace and buttons, and a full back bustle. Right now it is somewhat wrinkled from storage (my apologies!), but I will be sure to steam the dress and de-wrinkle it before I mail it.

Condition: The JSK is in fair condition (pretty crisp fabric, intact shirring all over, no rips, etc.) but it does have two issues I’d like to note. The first is that it is missing its waist ties as well as its back lacing. The lacing should be pretty easy to replace with any other ribbon one might have on hand, though! I also might still have both missing pieces around here somewhere, so if I find either (or both) I will mail them together with the dress. Second, the bustle is a lighter tone of black than the rest of the dress, which leads me to believe its color has faded slightly over the years. You can see what I mean in the photo I took of the back of the JSK.  If this bothers you at all, this dress would be a good candidate for re-dying, since it’s a solid-colored cotton with no contrasting trims/threads. 

Sizing: Official measurements for similar Btssb shirring princess dresses list the dress as an 80 cm bust/70 cm waist, plus around 20 cm of stretch for each of those measurements, but I’d say it’s really between a 78-120 cm bust, and a 68-110 cm waist. Honestly, this dress is very flexible, given its full shirring and shirred straps.
