I bought this and it didn't really fit me and the two clasp things are broke. (See picture 6.) Comes with a detachable decorative bow. I unfortunately lost the waist ties because I just don't like them. It has partial shirring. I've found tiny 3-4 stains in the back but I've never noticed them. I love the skirt but it just isn't for me so it's time for a new home :) 
Comes from a smoke free house, I do have dogs and a cat but I've only wore this skirt like twice and I tried to stay away from the animals for the most part.
